This 30 minute Energy Session helps the body relax and is tailored to you and your current experiences. When the body is relaxed, we become more present, our nervous system calms down, the mind becomes more quiet, and our intuition stands out. This Energy Session is personal and may include breath-work, meditation, sound, and crystals.

This 1 hour Energy Session realigns the energies of the body. When we enter into a higher frequency we feel more grounded, think with more clarity, and are more intuitive. This Energy Session is personal to you and may include breath-work, meditation, sound, and crystals.

Everything starts energetically. This reading uses Tarot Cards to check in with your personal energy centers, giving you insight into the now, so you can bring your spirit into alignment. 

Sacred Spaces are portals for energy to flow and our ancestors to visit. Sacred Spaces are designed to encourage us to practice Spirituality. They are healing and provide comfort. Adding different colors, textures, elements, and aromas to a space can create high vibrational energy that has the ability to calm your nervous system, provide clarity to the mind, and comfort your soul.
